Plot, anyone?

Sooooo...as we're re-starting the site I think we should have a new plot, too Any ideas??

We have a few rogues, so if we could factor them in. Also if we could stick Flamecoat in there somewhere too it'd be great, as he's such an evil little kitty

I'm completely void of inspiration, so I really need you guys to help me out here!!

If it doesn’t thrill you, it doesn’t matter anymore.

Everything started in RiverClan. Somewhere upstream, on the border of RiverClan and WindClan, a group of rogues intitiated a plan to slowly weaken the RiverClan cats. They have been stealing diseased rats, junk from the twoleg dump and other crowfood and dumping the corpses and trash over the gorge and into the river. The contaminated water flows all through the river, affecting both RiverClan and ThunderClan. The fish in the river carry it. The drinking water has proved safe in small doses, but the fish in the river – the bulk of RiverClan’s food – are potently tainted.

A spy has infiltrated ThunderClan, tipping off the rogues to the whereabouts of leaders, deputies and strong warriors – even apprentices, so that the rogues can ambush and pick off the cats one by one. Leaders, all strong, loyal and able, are being pushed to their limits. They don’t know who they can trust in their Clan. With Riverclan begging for help and leaf-fall approaching, there isn’t enough prey to go around. Estranged RiverClan cats come stealing prey and a war nearly breaks out between ThunderClan and RiverClan.

Rogues have been kidnapping helpless kits and apprentices from WindClan and ShadowClan, littering a few senseless murders along the way. They’re framing each of the Clans. WindClan believes that ShadowClan are a group of heartless kit-stealers. ShadowClan thinks the same of WindClan. The rogues mean to build a super-clan; a group of cats whose rule will wipe out the need for “four clans.” An evil dictator, Jax, is the leader of this charade.

What’s he gonna do to me that I haven’t already seen?

This is my plot idea, based loosely off of cats that have already been created. The rogue group that is ruining the clans is already made up of the four rogues mentioned in the sidebar. Sparrowsong is the ThunderClan spy, as was mentioned in her bio. Jax appears to be the rogue leader, as is also mentioned in his bio. there are ample ways for all cats to be involved, though not everyone can be directly in on it - that powerplay wouldn't be fun.

I think this gives plenty of opportunity for conflict among all the Clans. I mentioned a war nearly breaking out between RiverClan and ThunderClan over a struggle for prey, once the fish in the river has been contaminated. The weather is slowly getting colder and RiverClan may very well be wiped out by cold and disease, but the other Clans barely have enough fod for themselves.

Jax's rogue group takes on another level of destruction when they kidnap young apprentices and kits and slaughter mentors and mothers from WindClan and ShadowClan. Each of the Clans is framed to look like the other has done these evil deeds. Blame and distrust lies everywhere.

Leaders are doing all they can to work out these issues at gatherings, where Fernstar, the leader of ThunderClan, must fulfill a prophecy seen not by Ripplemist, but by ShadowClan's medicine cat. Controversy is in the air, folks. Fernstar's prophecy is to lead all of the four clans into peace, and be the leader of the war caused by the rogues.

Jax, the lead rogue, means to form his own clan. His thirst for power will lead countless cats to their deaths and enslavement. He wants all of the forest to bend to his will. He has already formed a band of small rogues and, as soon as he feels that they are powerful enough, will attack head-on. But for now, the war is sneaky. The rogues are contaminating RiverClan, pitting them against ThunderClan in a battle for surival. They've thrown cat against cat in WindClan and ShadowClan. Their goal is a hostile takeover that will result in one Clan, and one great leader.

But they don't know that StarClan has its own weapon.

All the ages and wisdom of StarClan speaks through the eldest, wisest and most experienced medicine cat in their time; the legendary Hawkstep of ShadowClan. After the initial message gets out, StarClan makes certain that each of the Clan's medicine cats are certain of Fernstar's prophecy.

But Fernstar isn't alone. Cedarstar, Morningstar and Archerstar have all been granted parts in this prophecy that ensure Fernstar's trimph against the rogues.

As the rogue clan gains power and distrust and deceit ripple amongst the clans, can all of the cats put their faith in Fernstar? Can they rest assured that StarClan will guide them?

Only we know.

Oh everyone's involved! I was looking through all the cat's profiles while coming up with this plot so I picked and chose. Fernstar because of her insecurities being the leader; she'll have to fulfill StarClan's prophecy and fulfill them. Jax to be the evil rogue dictator because his bio says he hungers for power. Hawkstep to be the receiver of StarClan's initial, original message because he's the oldest and I figured he could be legendary and all. But afterwards, StarClan sends the other Clans prophetic messages to confirm Hawkstep's foresight.

We already discussed the love square between Cedarstar, Ripplemist, Fernstar and Darkstreak. And of course, Flamecoat can get in on this, too! All the cats are important. There are so many ways we can go with this. So don't be too disappointed =D

I'm gonna wait for a while; until our basic plot is set up. Then I'll have Hawkstep have the prophecy. I mean, I don't wanna jump into it until all the Clans have extreme problems ;]
