Name: Morningstar
{Morningkit, Morningpaw, Morningfang, Morningstar}
Gender: She-cat
Clan: RiverClan
Rank: Leader (?)
Age: 40 Moons
Personality: Morningstar is a very able she-cat. She can take care of herself. She’s got the backbone of ten thousand warriors, a quick, sharp tongue and she’s fast on her feet. It’s a little bit of a struggle for her to be compassionate, but she tries her best to accept the flaws and weaknesses of every cat in her Clan. She has a rough time being very social – years of watching deaths and fighting diminished her true faith in StarClan and hardened her heart. She is such a new leader that she hasn’t even been to a Gathering yet, and has no idea how other Clans will accept her leadership. It’s hard enough to pick up her own Clan after the very recent death of Fallenstar {he was my character last time, so I think I have a right to do this, lol}.
Appearance: Morningstar is a delicate ginger tabby cat, with a shorthair coat and misty green eyes. She was born very early in the morning, and the sunrise’s first rays caught on her pretty ginger fur, and thus she was given the name “Morningkit.” The suffix –fang came later on, when her brutality, strength and courage earned it. She is small, lithe and slender, hardened by constant training and an apathetic view of her own appearance.
History: Morningstar’s first withdrawal into herself came when her father dragged her out of the way of a passing monster. He was hit in the side, and it seemed as if he would be alright. Only his back left leg had been injured. When the wound became suddenly and rapidly infected, he died while she was sleeping safely in the apprentice’s den. Her mother never seemed to forgive her for it, even though it wasn’t really Morningstar’s fault. Her mother just wanted someone to blame. From then on, Morningstar went through the rest of her apprenticeship like a ghost. Fallenstar treated her like the daughter he never had, and Morningstar felt like she had a father again. When he lost his final life, it was a crippling blow, but this time Morningstar had an entire Clan to take care of, instead of just herself. So she appointed her noblest warrior, Meadowpelt, as the deputy, and began to let life move on.
RP example: Nope :]
Anything else: Morningstar has lost her faith in StarClan. If word gets out, will the Clan think she’s an inadequate leader? What if the medicine cat were to find out? Does StarClan regret their decision to make her leader?
